For more than a decade, Sonu has been involved in planning, managing, and delivering commercial laundry projects across India — contributing to 200+ projects across design, MEP coordination, utility planning, execution support and project management, across hotels, hospitals, educational institutions, railways, defence establishments, and industrial laundries.

Along the way, the same problem kept repeating: commercial laundries are highly specialized facilities, yet they're often treated like ordinary building services. Contractors experienced in general construction rarely understand the specific engineering, utility and workflow requirements a laundry needs — and that gap causes delays, rework and avoidable cost.

48Projects was founded to close that gap — not to become another contractor or consultancy, but to bring engineering, planning and execution under one point of ownership.

Today, our focus is design, engineering, planning and technical consulting — Commercial Laundry Design & Planning, MEPF Engineering, Utility Planning, BOQ & Cost Estimation, and related solutions. Execution and installation support are part of our roadmap as the company grows.
We work pan-India, combining remote consulting with site visits as a project requires.
